Vineyards, winery and wine tasting

It involves a visit to the vineyards where we explain the characteristics of the soil and climate of the territory. Then we visit the family winery where we explain in a very close and enjoyable way the history, philosophy and steps we follow to make the wines. The visit ends with a tasting of five wines from the winery with a designation of origin. DO Tarragona accompanied by nuts. For the little ones we have organic grape must!

Wine in Kayak - Active tourism and wine tourism in the "Ribera d'Ebre"

Wine en Kayak is an activity that combines active tourism and wine tourism and that will allow us to combine sport with the culture and gastronomy of Ribera d'Ebre.

At 09.30 welcome at the Móra la Nova pier and presentation of the activity. To begin, the technicians of Rogles Aventura will introduce us to the Ebro River through kayaking. A qualified instructor will give us a brief technical explanation of initiation and safety in kayaking.

Choice of single, double, triple or quadruple kayaks if you go with children. Navigation on the Ebro River from Móra la Nova to Ginestar. A section that offers a little bit of everything: landscape, current that will allow us to navigate without overexertion. View of islands and villages navigating far from the road and this will make it particularly silent and magical.

In Ginestar, once the kayak tour is over, we will visit the vineyards to learn about the varieties that are grown there and how they are grown. We will learn about the climate of the area and the types of soil. We will learn how to taste the wines with a description of their characteristics and we will go into the winery to learn, first-hand, the process that is carried out for their production. We will taste the wines from the winery and, for the little ones and not so little ones, we will offer you must, natural and organic.

The tasting of red wines will be accompanied by a tasting of clotxa, a traditional dish from Terres de l'Ebre. We will also have the opportunity to taste different varieties of Suñer extra virgin olive oil, with toast and olives as an aperitif. It is an activity designed for all audiences, including the youngest. We have kayaks adapted for them and they are offered must instead of wine.

Material: We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes for the kayaking activity and sports shoes for the visit to the vineyards. The organization provides all the necessary material to carry out the activity.

Traditional cooking workshop

With the help of expert chefs you will discover some dishes from our own gastronomy, that of rural origin, that of the past, that of today and that of always. With your participation you will learn how to make the recipes, and, once the cooking is finished, we will enjoy the dishes paired with a glass of wine from our cellar.

Available from October to March.
The workshops are organized on a Saturday of each month and are announced through our social media accounts Facebook and Instagram.
