We are a family winery and mill located in Ginestar. We produce, share, and open our doors so you can experience the Ribera d'Ebre with us.
This region has a long wine and olive oil tradition. Ginestar, located in the Ebro valley, enjoys a Mediterranean climate and soils irrigated by the river, which lend character and uniqueness to our fruits.
In the cellar, located on the ground floor of "Casa Pepe," a house with early 20th-century history, we produce single-varietal wines of Merlot and Macabeu, varieties that reflect the identity of our land. Each microvinification seeks to capture the authenticity of the territory and the care in our working methods.
In the mill, we produce extra virgin olive oil with varieties such as’Arbequina I have Willow Leaf, native to the Ribera d'Ebre. It is an oil from our own harvest, combining inherited expertise with modern extraction and preservation techniques, to offer a fresh, balanced product with a Mediterranean identity.

At Vins i Olis Suñer, we don't just produce wine and oil.
We are a family project rooted in Ginestar, where the land is part of our history.
We work vineyards and olive groves with respect, taking care of every detail from the field to the bottle. But what is born here doesn't end with a product.
It turns into winery and mill visits, shared tastings, celebrations among vineyards, and stays in our historic houses.
We open our home so you can see how we work, stroll among olive trees, toast with our wines, and experience the Ribera d’Ebre at a relaxed pace.
