Rosé Merlot
Features
“Dazzling aroma of wild strawberries that are kept in the memory”
DO.: Tarragona
Production: 1000 bottles
Grape variety: 100% Organic Merlot
Preparation: Coming from organic grapes, the harvest is done manually by selecting the best grapes on the estate itself. Transport to the winery is immediate, thus avoiding any type of oxidation and loss of aromas. Fermentation at a controlled temperature, in a stainless steel tank and using selected yeasts. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is left to rest in a reducing atmosphere. Around December, a delicate filtration is carried out just before bottling. Alcohol content: 13.5%vol.
Tasting note: It is recognized by its cherry color with violet nuances of youth. On the nose it is reminiscent of strawberry and releases delicate sweet floral notes. Fresh, sweet, with volume and persistent in the mouth.

Pairing: Seafood such as lobster or dishes with tuna and slow-cooked turkey. Paellas, salads, sushi and creamy cheeses.
Maccabeus of Ginestar

“Typicality of the Macabeo of the "Ribera d'Ebre"”

Grape varieties: 100% Maccabeus
Preparation: Harvest and manual selection of the grapes, choosing those with the appropriate degree of maturity and optimal health. Prefermentative pellicular maceration at low temperature for 48 hours and subsequent removal of the must without pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The battonage applied gives it a good presence in the mouth and the typicality of this wine. Alcohol content: 13 %vol.
Tasting note: From our vineyards planted more than 60 years ago on the banks of the Ebro River, this single-varietal wine is born. Aromas of tropical fruit and white fruit, mineral and aniseed on the palate. Young, bright, fresh, intense and persistent. It expresses, in the best way, the typicality of the Macabeo of our area.

Pairing: Fish or white meat with herbs. Salads and sautéed vegetables.
La "Pocavergonya"
Features
“A shamelessly contemporary wine”
DO.: Tarragona
Grape varieties: Macabeo, White Grenache and Muscat
Preparation: Joint wine made by four wineries in the Ribera d'Ebre region, we vinify each variety separately in each winery to make a final blend. Manual harvest, static settling without clarification, must fermented at a controlled temperature of 17ºC. Alcohol content 12.5% vol.
Tasting note: Straw yellow in color, transparent and bright. With good aromatic intensity, floral and white fruit. Insinuating citrus touches with a fresh and elegant entrance. A balanced, complex, persistent wine with a pleasant finish.

Merlot Red
Features
“Young but distinguished”

Production: 4000 bottles
Grape varieties: 100% Organic Merlot
Preparation: Grapes from organic farming, hand-picked and selected on the land itself. After two days of pre-fermentative maceration at around 15 °C, fermentation begins using selected yeasts, in a stainless steel tank and at a controlled temperature between 20 and 25 °C. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously and, around May, a delicate filtration is applied and then bottling. Alcohol content: 14.5 %vol.
Tasting note: Visually it stands out for its intense cherry red color, with bluish tones and gray trim that demonstrate its youth. On the nose, an intense aroma recalls red fruits, black plums and ripe figs. On the palate, a point of acidity appears that is balanced with the sweetness of the ripe fruit, which is what makes it so delicious. Well preserved it will evolve positively for at least four years.

"ACÀCIA"

Aging: six months in acacia barrels with battonage
Preparation: Harvest and manual selection of the grapes, choosing those with the appropriate degree of maturity and optimal health. Prefermentative pellicular maceration at low temperature for 48 hours and subsequent removal of the must without pressing. Fermentation takes place in two phases; it begins in a stainless steel tank and ends in acacia wood barrels, where it will remain for up to six months after fermentation is complete. The battonage applied during aging gives a good presence in the mouth and the acacia wood gives the unique sensations of this wine. Alcohol content: 13 %vol.
Tasting note: Pale straw-colored wine, clean and bright. It gives off a subtle aroma of white and tropical fruit, along with floral and citrus notes. In the mouth, its voluminous presence surprises, releasing apple and pear flavors that persist along with soft aniseed nuances.

VERMOUTH
Features

Preparation: Wine with maceration of more than 40 botanical species for fifteen to twenty days.
Tasting note: Visually it is a deep brown color, quite intense and bright. On the nose it is soft, discreetly aromatic from which notes of sweet spices such as vanilla, ripe fruits, licorice and citrus peels emerge. On the palate, it enters soft and sweet, with a fairly marked vanilla base, an accentuated touch of balsamic flavors such as licorice and laurel, and a touch of Mediterranean undergrowth such as thyme. Bitter final aftertaste, which combined with red fruit, gives a fresh and pleasant aftertaste. Alcohol content: 15% vol.
Pairing: A slice of orange gives it an excellent balance of acidity. Accompany it with olives and cold cuts, ideal for enjoying an aperitif with friends!
Black Fly

Grape varieties: 100% Organic Merlot
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels and 6 months of rest in bottle
Preparation: Grapes from organic farming, manual harvest and selection of the best fruit on the land itself.
The grapes enter the winery immediately after being harvested, ensuring optimal conditions. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in a controlled manner at a temperature of 28 °C and malolactic fermentation begins spontaneously in the same oak barrels where the wine will remain for its aging. A delicate filtration prepares it for packaging and rest in the bottle for 6 months. Alcohol content: 14.5 %vol.
Tasting note: Bright cherry red color with a high layer. Intense aroma with hints of red and ripe fruit, combined with notes of licorice and spices, from the aging wood. In the mouth, its soft entry and good structure stand out; the sweetness of the ripe tannins contrasts with the freshness of the undergrowth. A broad finish with notes of fig and raisin.

Pairing: Grilled or stewed game meats, lamb and aged cheeses with a strong flavor.
"ECLIPSE"
Features
“The complexity of a red wine with the creaminess of a white in the same glass”

Production: 360 bottles
Grape varieties: 100% Organic Merlot
Preparation: Harvest and manual selection. The first Merlot with an optimal health status and high acidity is chosen. The drained must from a very gentle pressing is used to achieve the minimum extraction of color. Controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Alcohol content 13% vol.
Tasting note: Unique white wine. Merlot in essence with a bright white color and subtle pink tones that remind us of where it comes from. Vibrant presence of sour apple and some touch of red fruits. Impactful in the mouth, very refreshing and with a persistent finish.
